By buying an adopt/commissioning me a custom design, you accept these terms;- Adopts can be reselled for a lower price only, unless the character has more art;- You can trade them, and do whatever you like- the only thing I ask you is to state me as the character artist when asked;- Character designs commissioned can be used for whatever purpose you like, but if you plan on doing something commercial, please consider there will be a commercial fee to pay. I would like to be notified in this circumstance.
